Kroger Community Rewards Program
We are participating in the Kroger Community Rewards Program, i.e. you can support the Darke County Friends of the Shelter without extra money out of your pocket – just by doing what you always do: shopping at Kroger. You don’t lose your fuel points, you don’t pay anything extra. Just shop, use your Kroger Plus card and support the Friends of the Shelter.
Have your Kroger Plus card handy and go to krogercommunityrewards.com to register your card with the Friends of the Shelter (if you don’t have a Kroger Plus card yet, you can get one at the customer service desk at Kroger).
Click on sign in/register. If you are a new online customer, you must click on “Sign up today” in the “New Customer” box.
Sign up for the Kroger Rewards Account by entering your zip code, clicking on favorite store, entering your e-mail-address, creating a password and agreeing to the terms and conditions.
You will then get a message to check your email inbox and click on the link within the body of the email.
Click on My Account and use your email and password and proceed to the next step.
Click on Edit Kroger Community Rewards information and input your Kroger Plus card number.
Update or confirm your information.
Enter our NPO number 52056 or the name of our organization “Darke County Friends of the Shelter” and click on confirm.
To verify that you are enrolled correctly, you will see our name on the right side of your information page.
When you swipe your registered Kroger Plus card or use the phone number that is related to your registered Kroger plus card when shopping, each purchase counts and you support the Friends of the Shelter and Scentral Park dog park.
